ABOUT PROVIDENCE CONSULTING

Providence Consulting, LLC was established in 2021 in Parker, Colorado, providing strategic consulting and hands-on support for complex development, government, and regulatory matters.

Since its founding, Providence Consulting has worked with property owners, developers, businesses, and government agencies, providing strategic guidance, project management, entitlement services, and support navigating complex regulatory and governmental processes. With a decade of experience working in and consulting for government agencies, Providence Consulting brings a firsthand understanding of the public process and the perspective needed to navigate it effectively.

This experience has provided a broad perspective on both the public and private sides of complex projects. What began in Colorado has grown into a consulting practice serving clients in additional markets, bringing together public-sector experience, private-sector perspective, and a practical understanding of how to move complex projects forward.
